“I’ve been wanting to play in Summerside for a while now, so being able to come home during my last year of junior is pretty special.” – Chad Arsenault “The first-round draft pick in 2024 and two roster players are definitely a steep price to pay, but we felt, after the start we have had and the pieces we have in place, that adding Chad will help our hockey club.”
“Chad is a guy we wanted to draft four years ago,” said McIver. “We checked in every year to see if we could trade for him and this year, we were able to get it done. Arsenault went a combined 24-10-2 in the regular season during his two years with the Titan. McIver said the Caps hope to benefit from that major-junior experience.
