Mariette McDonald captured some dew on this spiderweb at the Long Lake trail in Halifax, N.S. According to the Farmers’ Almanac, “When spiderwebs are wet with dew that soon dries, expect a fine day.” And seasonal forecasting too? “Spiders spinning larger than usual webs is a sign of a cold winter to come.” Very interesting.
