A VPD cruiser has been parked outside a condo development for a month, taking up a valuable parking spot, says resident Blake Segal.

“However, from time to time, we do strategically park marked police cars in certain locations to address an individual or neighbourhood public safety concern,” Addison said.Article content “Generally speaking, this could include a business or a residence that has been repeatedly targeted by crime, a person who has been targeted by a stalker, or a victim of domestic violence who is fearful for his or her safety.”
