RCMP said in a release Saturday that they were contacted just before 12:30 a.m Friday by someone who thought they had been shot at with a paintball gun while traveling on Highway 2 in Central Onslow. Tips from the public led to the identification of a second suspect. RCMP spokeswoman Cindy Bayers said that man, 39-year-old Jeffrey Elmer Moxsom of Lower Onslow, was arrested at a residence in Lower Onslow just after noon on Friday. About 20 minutes later Barr was located on Westchester Road in Londonderry. He fled, but was arrested soon after.
