In one deal, the team acquired defender Brayden Schmitt from Blainville-Boisbriand in exchange for a first-round pick in the 2024 entry draft and three second rounders . Schmitt, an 18-year-old Truro native, has 12 points in 33 games with the Armada this year, following a 25-point campaign last season.
