Review: Teenage Dick the highlight of ATP's season yyc yycarts
Set in a contemporary high school, it tells the story of Richard Gloucester a 16-year-old student with cerebral palsy who will stop at nothing to become the class president for his final year in high school. The honour currently belongs to Eddie Ivy , the school’s star quarterback who thinks retaining the title is as easy as scoring a touchdown. Overachiever Clarissa Duke also has her eye on the crown, so Richard, or Dick as Eddie has nicknamed him, has to find ways to eliminate both rivals.
Likewise, Howard understands Clarissa and that her delusion of being a religious zealot makes her superior to her classmates is ripe for mocking and gleefully does the honours.
