Sentences for offences committed in Prince George and area
- William Ryan Aime Nadeau was sentenced to 126 days in jail and a 10-year long-term supervision order for dangerous driving and fleeing police, committed in Prince George, and to time served for robbery and break and enter with intent to commit offence, committed in Carmacks, Yukon. Nadeau was also issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for the robbery count, and was in custody for 767 days prior to sentencing.
- Stephen Peter Smith was sentenced to 30 days in jail, served on an intermittent basis, prohibited from driving for two years and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act. - Kenneth Robert McKinley was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $2,000 plus a $600 victim surcharge for refusing to provide a sample under the Criminal Code.
- Joseph Patrick Courtoreille was sentenced to 30 days in jail and one year probation for breaching probation, breaching an undertaking, theft $5,000 or under and two counts of theft $5,000 or under. - Aaron Matthew Andrews was sentenced to six months probation, prohibited from driving for two years and fined $750 plus a $115.50 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.
