SaltWire Network | Posted: 12 hours ago | Updated: 12 hours ago | 5 Min ReadThis is the latest court report for Kings and West Hants counties.Myles Walter Card, 29, of no fixed address, has been sentenced to time in custody for committing mischief by willfully damaging an individual’s door frame and casing to a value not exceeding $5,000.

Card committed the offences in Windsor on Oct. 28, 2021; between May 10 and July 20, 2022; and on March 8, 2022. A charge of break, enter and theft was withdrawn on Oct. 11.Travis Seyforth, 34, of New Minas, has been sentenced to jail time for stealing property of a value not exceeding $5,000 from Sobeys.

A charge of operating a conveyance while his ability to do so was impaired to any degree by alcohol or a drug or both was withdrawn on Oct. 11.Owen Jeremey James Fremeau, 18, of Middleton, has been fined for having a blood alcohol concentration that was equal to or exceeded the legal limit within two hours after ceasing to operate a conveyance.

Stewart pleaded guilty to the charge on Oct. 11. Judge Ronda Van Der Hoek fined Stewart $1,000 and imposed a one-year driving prohibition against her.
