Hernandez committed the offence in New Minas on Sept. 15. The legal blood alcohol limit is 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. Hernandez gave blood alcohol readings of 190 and 170. On Dec. 1, Judge Christopher Manning handed Kilburn a conditional discharge with 12 months of probation on the two charges.
Smith committed the offence in New Minas on Aug. 9. The legal blood alcohol limit is 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. Smith gave breathalyser readings of 130 and 130.
