Quinte Conservation has issued a flood warning for the Moira and Napanee River watersheds.
They say Wednesday’s rainfall as well as significant snow melt has caused a sharp rise in water levels.on of the watershed will continue to rise quickly and overtop their banks.” Quinte Conservation says in a release.Moira River downstream of Stoco Lake to Foxboro will continue to rise and will reach bankfull early next week.”The warning will be in effect until April 13.
