Sentences for offences committed in Prince George and area
- Allan Douglas Nigh was sentenced to 187 days in jail for mischief $5,000 or under and to time served for breaking and entering with intent to commit an offence. Nigh was in custody for 296 days prior to sentencing.
- Richard Alex Titchener was sentenced to one year probation for assault causing bodily harm and uttering threats. Titchener was also sentenced to time served on the counts as well as for a count of breaching probation, was ordered to provide a DNA sample on the assault count and was in custody for 266 days prior to sentencing.
- Hayden Lee Alwood was sentenced to time served for breaching probation. Alwood was in custody for one day prior to sentencing. - Scott Robert Bailey was issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage.- Tyler John Apsassin was sentenced to 30 days in jail for breaching probation.
