When asked Friday afternoon, Eagles general manager Sylvain Couturier said there wasn’t an update on his status other than the fact he’s day-to-day and will be a game time decision when the club hosts the Val-d’Or Foreurs on Saturday in Sydney.Lavoie, who earlier this week was named to Team Canada Black for the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge in British Columbia next month, has appeared in seven games this season. He has no points and six shots on goal.
