Watts had moved from Prince Edward Island to Vancouver Island several years before her death, and was in a relationship with Ordway until her disappearance, said Nanaimo RCMP in a release.“The investigation into Watts’s disappearance and death required significant time and police resources,” said Const. Gary O’Brien.
