Samantha Martin and Delta Sugar are in town Nov. 24, along with Juno award-winner Steve Marriner.
It’s time for golden gospel music as Samantha Martin and her 10-piece band Delta Sugar come to the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts on Nov. 24.
With a powerhouse voice, Martin alternates between belting deep melodies and singing softer, emotional notes. She calls her band “co-vocalists,” as if the music stemming from their collaboration is a choral piece. The group is certified “road gold” by the Canadian Independent Music Association, meaning it has sold over 25,000 tickets to Canadian fans over a 12-month period.
Also on stage will be multi-instrumentalist and Juno award-winner Steve Marriner playing songs from his solo album Hope Dies Last.Where: Shadbolt Centre for the Arts
