So, what’s the problem? The Sens currently do have an owner. The existing ownership must give approval, as required, for those certain decisions and moves necessary to proceed. As in most business sales, the outgoing owner has a moral and legal duty to do everything to maintain, and not do anything, including by omission, to not preserve the assets and value of the business being sold.
Interested bidders’ alternatives are two: drop out of the bidding or settle for the potentially lesser quality team that may result from the paralysis that currently seems to be preventing key critical decisions from being made.
