“I kind of figured the goalie couldn’t see it, so I just tried to get it through,” he added. “It’s always fun to score a big goal like that. That’s why I play the game, for big moments like that, so it was a good feeling.” The Wranglers return to action Sunday against the San Jose Barracuda, a 6 p.m. start at the Saddledome.
