Motorists can expect lane closures as work is resuming on Belleville’s Bridge Street Bridge.
Both eastbound lanes of the bridge will be closed beginning May 15 as Vector Restoration Ltd. completes repairs.There will be single lanes closures prior to May 15 in preparation for the work. The walkway beneath the bridge will also be closed during this time and pedestrians will be detoured through City parking lots to access the trail to the north and south.Work is anticipated to be completed by the end of June.
