Anybody who thought this divorce will be fought out between two strong political players in Mississauga’s Bonnie Crombie — who is now running for leader of the Ontario Liberal Party — and Brampton’s Patrick Brown, understood quickly Groves may not have served as an MP as the other two did but she has been serving Caledon as a councillor or regional councillor for two decades and will be no pushover in upcoming negotiations.
