IT teams with the Durham District School Board are still working around the clock to restore services after the board was hit by a cyber attack.
Virtual classes at the DDSB are cancelled again Tuesday. The board says they’re continuing to explore ways to try and address that challenge.The board is also answering questions about student safety protocols. They have asked all parents and guardians to send their child to school with a hard copy of emergency contact information. Schools are not able to receive calls, but they can make them using cell phones and regular protocols are in place at schools for calling parents and/or emergency services.The safe arrival program is still down, which means teachers will continue to take attendance manually and you will not be notified if your child is not at school.
