The most recent ruling found Lee had raised no compelling grounds for judicial interference into the RTB decisions.Court of Appeal hearing in October 2021 “She has continued to seek adjournments at every step of the process. Apart from these earlier themes, at the actual hearing of this petition, she attempted to play out the clock in order to de facto obtain the adjournment that she had thrice sought and that had thrice been rejected. She abused the process of this court by simply reading out her materials rather than making precise and concise arguments, as directed,” Crerar wrote.
