Justice of the peace Andrew Marquette ordered Epp to appear in a London court on Friday and instructed him not to communicate with seven people. The $2.8-million lawsuit against Epp also names the Thames Valley District school board as a defendant. Statements of claim and defence include allegations that haven’t been tested in court. Epp hasn’t filed a statement of defence.
