$1 from every Whopper sold was donated to Simon Fraser Lodge in Prince George.
Whoppers for Seniors that took place from Dec. 9 to 11 at the Prince George Burger King restaurant raised $3050 for local seniors.The main fundraising was held Friday but management decided to continue their generosity throughout the whole weekend in an effort to provide more to those seniors in need of a little cheer.
The money raised goes towards brightening Christmas for the seniors at the Simon Fraser Lodge with small gifts and treats.
