When police arrived at the scene, they found a 16-year-old suffering from stab wounds. Gunn said the victim’s parents were notified right away and the multiple policing agencies began a search for the suspect.“This is believed to be an isolated incident and there no further danger to the public,’’ Gunn said.Frantic parents started showing up at the school to pick up their children. One mother, who didn’t give her name, told media that she was coming from the school when she saw police cruisers racing by.
“Then, my daughter texted me and told me what was going on so I told her, ‘I’m coming back to get you out of school.’ I was scared and anxious all at the same time.’’
