Tyson Buckowski and Madden Mulawka will play for Team Canada in the Under-17 Hockey Challenge in November.
Prince George Cougars defenceman Tyson Buckowski and goaltender Madden Mulawka will both being playing for Canada during the Under-17 Hockey Challenge, even though they won’t be on the same team.
Bucowski will be in the lineup for Team Canada Black while Mulawka will suit up for Team Canada White. Buczkowski, 16, hails from Saskatoon, Sask. and has played four games this season for the Cougars. The five-foot-11 d-man has registered six shots on goal during his four games. Team Canada Black starts their tournament in a game against Team Canada Red at 7 p.m. on Nov. 3.
