The TTC is closing a portion of Line 1 between St. Clair West and St. Andrew stations on Saturday and Sunday due to track work.
There will be replacement shuttle buses driving along the route, and staff will be on-site to assist riders, the transit agency said.
Other closures include Dupont, Queen’s Park, St. Patrick and Osgoode stations. Remaining stations will be open for customers to access PRESTO services. The automatic entrance at Kendal Avenue at Spadina station will be closed. Wheel-Trans customers will be able to speak to TTC staff for service.Every night, starting 11 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, service on Line 1 between Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and Finch West stations will operate on a single track due to structural track maintenance.
There will be a shuttle train running on the southbound track, while crews work on the northbound side. Riders will board the northbound trains on the southbound side of the platforms, and may experience longer waiting times, the transit agency warns.
