The Trans-Canada Highway is closed in both directions between Cobble Hill and Mill Bay Sunday morning due to a vehicle incident, DriveBC says., last updated around 9 a.m., says Highway 1 between Cobble Hill and Fisher roads is closed for about 4.2 kilometres.
