Up to 20 centimetres of accumulated snowfall is predicted in the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Kingston and most of eastern Ontario
Environment Canada has issued snowfall warnings for most of southern and eastern Ontario, with a significant storm expected to move across the province today.
The agency is forecasting between 10 and 15 centimetres of accumulated snowfall for most of southern Ontario including Windsor, Niagara and the Huron-Perth area.Ottawa, Kingston and most of eastern Ontario are also expected to see accumulation of up to 20 centimetres of snow. Environment Canada says drivers should be aware that visibility may be suddenly reduced due to heavy snow.
