Snow, at times heavy, is predicted to add up to 10 to 15 cm Wednesday night with an east wind at 20 km/h gusting to 40. The temperature is expected to rise to -5 C overnight but bundle up for a wind chill of -17 in the evening. Another five cm of snow is forecast for Thursday before the snow winds down late in the afternoon. The temperature is expected to hold steady near -4 C. The predicted low is -15 C.
