Extra period couldn’t settle tight game but Sudbury unable to capitalize on shootout chances
The Sudbury Wolves fell to the Soo Greyhounds in OHL action on Sunday afternoon at Sudbury Arena but it took a shootout to determine the winner.
At 6:55 of the second, the Greyhounds tied it up thanks to a Brenden Sirizzotti scoring his 11th of the year . The teams would battle back and forth without a goal until 9:01 of the third when the Soo would manage to tie it up thanks to Caeden Carlisle scoring his second goal of the year, assisted by Alex Kostov and Connor Clattenburg.
