“That was the old Kartbahn and we’re actually converting it to a car museum,” Steele said Thursday from Austin, Texas. "The Rolling Stones exhibit is going to take up about 15,000 square feet of space. We have to build a set, walls to display all the art and the various artifacts, paraphernalia that’s part of the Rolling Stones history.”Unzipped, “the first international exhibition by and about the Rolling Stones,” includes more than 300 original objects from the Stones’ personal collection, including a reconstruction of their flat in Chelsea called Edith Grove.
Memorabilia and album art are featured in Unzipped, an exhibit about the Rolling Stones coming to Halifax.
