Koloko-Martin exchange lights a first under slow-starting Raptors.
A third quarter set-to in the Heat’s 112-109 win Saturday involving Miami’s Caleb Martin and Raptors rookie Christian Koloko devolved into a pushing and jawing session involving all 10 players on the court and the bad feelings should fester until the same teams meet here Monday night.
Martin ended up with a personal foul on the play and was ejected for piledriving Koloko into the baseline seats. Koloko also earned the first ejection of his NBA career in just his third career game. When the team’s prized young star limped off in the second quarter, his night done, it was far more a sense of dread that hovered. Barnes was officially diagnosed with a sprained right ankle and will be re-evaluated Sunday.
