Lethbridge police say they support the right to peaceful assembly and will be monitoring the event to maintain public safety.
The rally at the Lethbridge Courthouse includes approximately 500 people who are supporting 3 men charged in the Coutts blockade.
The accused have appeared in court and the matter has been adjourned to Dec. 12. Police continue to monitor the event but the crowd is peaceful.
