STORY CONTINUES BELOW THESE SALTWIRE VIDEOSLindsay Suzanne Carrigan, 31, of North Sydney and Jacob Blair Rudderham, 25, of Point Edward, are jointly charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of money knowing it was obtained by crime.Carrigan is also facing nine counts of breaching court orders and two other counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking .
In addition to the charges he faces with Carrigan, Rudderham is also charged with 17 counts of breaching court orders, two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and single counts of assault with a weapon, assaulting causing bodily harm, assaulting a police officer, resisting arrest, mischief and carrying a concealed weapon.
The names of the four, three 17-year-olds and one 15-year-old, are prohibited from publication in accordance with the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.The charges relate to the stabbing of a 19-year-old New York man who was in the community visiting his girlfriend at the time.Provincial court trial dates have been set for a Florence man on numerous offences.
Another provincial court trial is now scheduled for June 30 on three counts of breaching court orders and single counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, careless use of a firearm and aggravated assault.A Georges River man charged with second-degree murder has been ordered to trial.
