Parking rates lowered in Chinatown lot for Lunar New Year yyc
Until Feb. 20, Calgary Parking is setting parking fees at Lot 888 in Chinatown at 88 cents per hour. Chinatown is set to be a hub for celebrations for Calgary’s Chinese community, holding events in-person this year for the first time since 2020, after the COVID-19 pandemic shuttered festivities the past two years. A second weekend of the Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre’s Lunar New Year festival is set to take place Jan. 21 and 22 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.Article content
