The question of economic benefit in minor hockey is therefore a question of adults, such as coaches, directly profiting from economic value produced by children. And, indeed, it is notable that some coaches reportedly reap as much as $120,000 to $150,000 coaching in the GTHL, according to league sources interviewed for this column.
