The damage was severe: Cracked windows and walls, a large hole in the roof and insulation dangling through what was left of the ceiling. Because of the extent of the damage, Bathurst and her daughter have been living in a rental with no return date.First, she said the scope of the work “left out thousands and thousands of dollars,” resulting in the bid needing to be done again and pushing back its finalization to the end of November.
