Another McDonald's is coming to Belleville. Site plan approval for the new restaurant to be built at 840 Wallb...
for the new restaurant to be built at 840 Wallbridge-Loyalist Road, at the corner of Bell Boulevard was granted last June.
The original plans call for independent municipal water and sanitary sewer to be run through an easement over the existing hotel property next door however the property owners are asking city council to share those services with the hotel. The owners of the restaurant and the hotel say sharing services will minimize disruption to the hotel property during construction and reduce construction costs.
Staff has no objection to the proposal since there are no municipal services on Wallbridge-Loyalist Road and the future restaurant property can only be serviced through a right-of-way over the hotel property.
