A new provincial program is giving Pictou County residents access to one-on-one support counselling to deal with general health concerns. Stock ImageNEW GLASGOW, N.S. — A new provincial program is giving Pictou County residents access to one-on-one support counselling to deal with general health concerns.
The Access Wellness service will help residents deal with anxiety, job loss, grief, relationship issues and substance use through counselling. Residents can book a free individual, couple or family counselling session with trained mental health counsellors.In-person appointments are available in New Glasgow, Sydney, Halifax and Kentville.
