The woman was walking westbound toward 2nd Street S.W. just before 2 p.m. on Tuesday when a man grabbed her from behind and touched her inappropriately, police said.“This was a team effort . . . with the University of Calgary staff. Together, we were able to advance this investigation and prevent further risk to Calgarians,” said Staff Sgt. Colin Chisholm.
Nicklaus Youal Ekhugie, 41, is charged with one count each of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault with a weapon and sexual assault.
