On the same day, police said they were investigating a robbery after a man allegedly stole a woman’s purse, reportedly causing her to fall down the stairs at Broadview subway station.
The day before, a 16-year-old boy was rushed to hospital after he was stabbed in the torso while aboard a TTC bus near Bloor Street West and Old Mill Trail.
