One man is in custody after a suspected arson at a construction site in Sidney early Tuesday morning. RCMP officers responded to a break-in at a building under construction in the 9700-block of Third Street.

One man is in custody after a suspected arson at a construction site in Sidney early Tuesday morning.

Police found a man at the scene and arrested him. He is being held in custody until he appears in court.
