In the Municipality of Barrington, where the tradition was started 13 years ago, the Lobster Pot Christmas Tree will be lit for the season on Nov. 24, followed by fireworks. “Brian's will return,” says Atwood “We have had a few requests from people from outside the municipality over the past couple of years to place buoys on the tree."
