Here is an easy way for Trudeau to show who did receive and who didn’t get the report: he can release the tracking documents.
If none of the three people who held the title of National Security Advisor in 2021 remember receiving the document, there will still be a tracking document on this file. Maybe, the NSA didn’t get the document, but surely one of the eight senior civil servants inside the Privy Council Office, who work for the NSA, did receive it.Article content
