Beyond that, the agreement speaks of the need for “ongoing investments” of working “with the provinces and territories” for better outcomes and that we all want more doctors and nurses. The vagueness of the language has worked for Trudeau so far but now might work for Singh if he wants to push the matter between now and when MPs return.
