Mark Taylor CalgaryI have a comment about violence in schools and the community: Use cameras in schools and videos on the streets, and send the videos to the parents and begin to charge the parents, as their children are underage and not given discipline in the home, and do not have respect for any authority at home, in school, and on the streets. Freedom is not doing what you want, any time you want, anywhere you want, to anyone you want. You have to show respect to all in your community.
Re “2 TTC employees attacked at bus stop in ‘despicable swarming'” : Always, always, always the reaction is to cry out to politicians and bureaucrats to solve these problems. Mayor John Tory’s standard response is to feign indignation and say we need to throw more money into government programs. The dogs bark and the caravan moves on. These directionless, violent kids need parents and guidance in their lives. They think it is a badge of honour to belong to a gang and carry a gun.
