So, the “morality” shown by pedophile priests and televangelists who con millions from their followers is something we should aspire to? I was brought up in an atheist household, and I know right from wrong as well as anyone. You don’t need to fear going to hell to behave in a moral, civilized manner; you just need to have a proper upbringing. The conceit of so-called religious people that they hold the patent on morality is astoundingly absurd.
