DESPERATE FOR A DOCTOR
In Ontario, a judge has declared the homeless have a right to public land even though it’s costing the Waterloo region $80,000 per month to clean and police. In B.C., it’s now legal to shoot up any drug you want anywhere you want. On East Hastings St. in Vancouver, hundreds of drug addicts, carrying knives for protection, stumble amongst human excrement on the street, hassling consumers and threatening tourists. The police ignore it all.
