All areas of town seem to have at least one or two homes sitting empty, reader says
SooToday received the following letter to the editor from reader Glenna Davey in regards to empty, damaged homes in the city.
Dear Editor, could you tell me why there seems to be a lot of empty, recently sold homes in the Sault?I drove through a few city streets this past Sunday and all areas of town seem to have at least one or two homes sitting empty!It is also upsetting to see homes that have been on fire, sitting and exhibiting burnt siding, windows smashed, or homes in various states of fire damage.
