The court granted a standalone restitution order for $2,386.25 payable to Walmart, and a standalone restitution order for $250 payable to Sobeys in Greenwood. Colby Martin Wilcox, 22, of Newport Corner, has been handed a suspended sentence with probation for committing an assault causing bodily harm. A charge of operating a conveyance while his ability to do so was impaired by alcohol was withdrawn on March 8.Christopher Richard Atwell, 46, of Forest Hill, has been fined for having a blood alcohol concentration that was equal to or exceeded the legal limit within two hours after ceasing to operate a conveyance.
Estey pleaded guilty to the charge on March 8. Judge Christopher Manning fined Estey $1,000 and imposed a one-year driving prohibition against him. The legal blood alcohol limit is 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. Swinamer’s blood alcohol readings were not available.
