“The man advised that he could repair it at a cost, and left the area,” Const. Alex Li said in a statement released Saturday. “The homeowners checked their roof and noticed damage to the roof.”He’s described as in his early 20s, about 5-foot-11, with a medium build, and was wearing a white T-shirt and overalls. He also spoke with an Irish accent.
